TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Moore's Video Production & it's agents will choose their shooting positions, clients realize that video coverage can be different from wedding to wedding due to circumstances videographers are faced up against. Coverage will be in the best of our ability as situations occur and monetary value is not part of a clients dissatisfaction refund agreement. If a (2) camera ceremony is agreed to, additional angles will not be covered until minister begins the wedding vows with bride and groom. Moore's Video will edit and combine the 2 tapes to the best of their judgment. Service will include guest arrival and coverage of wedding in camera edit. One (1) copy of the 1st generation tape will be ready approximately four (4) weeks after the date of the wedding. Cancellation Policy: If video service is cancelled, deposits and all additional payments paid in advance of this event are non-refundable. Also video or limousine deposit cannot be transferred toward the other service. If the balance of Moore's Video Services is not paid in full seven (7) days before the date of the event this contract is forfeited, and service is automatically cancelled. For any reason if Moore's Video is unable to fulfill their contractual obligations all monies paid in advance will be refunded. Moore's Video Production, shall not be liable for performing service if failure is caused by acts of God, such as electrical power failure, or equipment, or by circumstances of similar nature beyond reasonable control of Moore's Video Production and and / or it's agents.
